Tattoos and other Body Art

The Tattoos channel is once again the Top Channel here at Mattters. One of the fascinations with this channel, and all the photographs of the artwork, is that we can vicariously live through these people - and discover how WE would feel if we got this or that tattoo. Kind of a try before you buy kind of thing... :-)
